We here at Madame Coffee’s Family would like to invite you to our Meet the managers luncheon
We are having our 2nd annual managers weekend and decided to invite you members.

Luncheon will be held in beautiful Tennessee
Sat May 16th 2009 from 10 am till 2 pm

You will have the opportunity to meet the managers in Madame Coffee’s Family as well as meet other members.

Registration for the event will be $12.95
Dead line for registration will be April 12th


If your are not registered by then you will not get entry to the luncheon I need time to make sure we have enough space ,food etc thank you


After you register we will send you all info you will need you will receive a packet in the mail full of goodies This will include (tickets)admission to the luncheon

A door prize ticket For a chance to win some wonderful prizes
Several brochures and coupons for area attractions and hotels
What hotel we will be holding the luncheon as well as our group rate for rooms at that hotel*
Rates and # for surrounding hotels should you want to stay the night
In order to get the group rate you will need to reserve at least 30 days in advance they will release our special rate at that time Of course you are welcome to find other lodging arrangements


* Lodging costs are not included in registration you will be responsible to get your own lodging
